I'm Kat and have been happily in San Diego since 2020! My cousin joined the navy when we were 21 so I visited her in SD several times a year until I finally had the opportunity to move here during the pandemic. Now I can't imagine living anywhere else! I'm originally from Seattle and quickly have found out why this is coined America's finest city.

It's easy to be active in San Diego and that's what I spend a lot of my time doing. I play football, soccer and volleyball in a few Volo leagues, tennis at the Balboa Tennis Club, and take spin class at CycleBar Hillcrest. I feel like I have to mention that I run marathons too; I wouldn't be a true runner if I didn't bring that up, right?

While we're on the "must mention" topics: I'm a vegetarian and have two cats, Porsche and Nala, who I adopted in 2011 and are my world.

I've been working in radio since 2008 and music is a huge part of my life! I live for live concerts, festivals and new music Fridays. The Observatory is my favorite venue, and not just because I live in North Park.

Other than that, catch me at Wave FC & Padres games, at the beach with friends, hiking, camping and sometimes up in the sky capturing traffic and news via helicopter! And you can always catch up with me on nights and weekends on Channel 933!
