Professional chef in my kitchen!!!

Last night the coolest thing happened! My roommate works in the restaurant/entertainment industry and yesterday she came home and said "There's a professional Chef that's coming over tonight to cook for us!"
Saaaay what??!! Apparently it's one of her clients, Chef Jay! He was amazing and cooked us all raw soups with butter squash and asparagus and little thin pizza's.
They were the most amazing pizza's I've ever tried. The dough was super thin and the ingredients he used were so unique for a pizza like caramelized onions and paprika. He finished the course with an incredible cheese cake. ALL of this made from scratch and cheeses that he get's shipped from New York.
I should have taking a picture or video taped but I was so in "aaah" that there was a professional chef in my kitchen cooking for us! I felt like a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills minus the husband or kids! ha-ha. Gotta love a random Tuesday night :)

Sisanie Wait Till You're My Age!!

You know when people say, "Just wait till your my age and you'll see"! Well, I'm getting to that age I think. I'm not super old, but I'm definitely getting older and I'm starting to notice little things that are changing... especially my body. A few years ago I'd be able to drop 5lbs. with no problem... eat super healthy for a couple days and I was back down to my normal weight. NOW... it's much harder to drop those pounds. I feel like this is what people that are older than me like my sister were trying to tell me years ago! "Just wait till your my age and you'll see how hard it is to loose the weight" Hahaha.. so true! Well, at least I'm aware of it and eating healthy and working out. Just trying to help you out especially if your younger than me, like in your early 20s. This will happen when you get older.

Snooki Halloween Time!

This weekend was soooooo eventful!!! Obviously Halloween festivities were in full effect! I dressed up as Snooki this year it was such a fun costume and I'm not gonna lie, those slippers were super comfy all night! So we were out Saturday night partying it up:)  Then yesterday My chargers won!!!! Finalllllly.... They played the Titans and the final score was 33-25. It was such a good game but I wish I wasn't so tired from the night before to really enjoy it - HAHA... It was a really special game because MY COOL BOSS!!!!! Hooked us up with Field Passes! OMG I was so close to Ryan Mathews and Phillip Rivers aaaah I almost died!  Then the partying continued last night in WeHo for our big Rooftop Party! I introduced Richard Vission and Luciana on stage.... Richard Vission DJ'd for about a half hour then Luciana hopped on stage and performed some new songs plus obviously "I Like That"!  I did feel kinda weird meeting them in my Snooki outfit - HAHA but they liked it! Luciana was soooo nice she kept giving me kisses :) The crowd was amazing last night - what a wonderful weekend! Hope you had fun too!

Online X-MAS Shopping In October!

Is it crazy that I'm already thinking about Christmas? The only reason is because I hate doing my holiday shopping all last minute. I like to think about the gifts I give and lately I've been mentally making a list of things I'll get for my loved ones.
So call me crazy, but when it's a few weeks before the holidays and the malls are packed and you are trying to find a parking spot while it's pouring rain... you won't think that I'm that crazy for getting all my shopping done early. I love to buy things online too. It's 2010 people, use the internet and avoid the long lines at the stores... you'll be so happy you did.

Shakin' it With Shakira!

What a FUN weekend! Saturday night I checked out SHAKIRA!!!! Her concert was amazing! She is a phenomenal performer and her energy level is through the roof! She kept dancing and singing non-stop for about 2 hours. Her body is amazing and she can really shake what her momma gave her! 
I went to the concert with my parents and they LOVED her too! Shakira is so talented and if you ever get a chance to check her out, I'm sure you'll agree with me too! Have a wonderful weekend.

GTL!!!!!! Well, at least the "G" part for now. LOL
Now that I'm not training for a marathon, and running all the time... I gotta hit the gym again. Lucky for me, there is a gym HERE at work! How cool is that? So this morning I packed a gym bag and I paid for the next 3 months. It's important to stay in shape and healthy especially since we got the holiday's coming up and you know how that goes!

Sisanie Kanye is Back!!

Hiiii... so last night I checked out Kanye West's new music! It's pretty cool because he directed and stared in a short film that featured all of his new music. Think of it as a really long music video that combines ALL of the songs on his album. It was really creative, which I wasn't surprised since it's Kanye and everything he usually does is verrrrry creative!  After the movie he came out and talked to us a little bit about his thinking behind his vision. One thing I got from what he showed us was that he really doesn't give a "you know what" about what ANYONE thinks! He would love a world where everyone just thought about things like they did when they were five years old and society hadn't yet told you what to think. He was sincere and honest... I appreciated that.

I can't believe this weekend is finalllllly here! I'm running my 1/2 marathon this weekend in San Francisco! I'm so excited and nervous at the same time.... However, I've been training with Team in Training, so I know I'm super prepared! The weather is going to be cold in SF and it supposed to rain on Sunday which is my race day WTF?? I've never ran in the rain... Hopefully I'll be okay. Wish me luck,
