Bad film reviews seem to be  least of Lindsay Lohan's troubles now. Lohan started off her Thursday  (November 29) morning in handcuffs after she was arrested for punching a girl in  the face at a club in New  York City. TMZ is reporting that she was booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault  and that the fight was allegedly over Max George from The  Wanted.Lindsay was released from custody later that morning but her  problems did not end there. A few hours after this incident, the Santa Monica  City Attorney's Office charged the actress with willingly resisting,  obstructing, or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, providing  false information to an officer, and reckless driving -- all for the car crash  she was involved in back in June. Lindsay was photographed attending the Justin Bieber concert at MadisonSquareGarden earlier in the evening.Lindsay's victim, who makes her living  as a psychic, told TMZ that Lohan yelled a racial slur at her when she  called her a "gypsy" shortly before the fight broke out. Upon being released  from police custody, Lindsay reportedly refused to allow her publicist to ride  in the car with her and kicked him out. He later tweeted that he hopes she gets  the help she needs. Radar Online is reporting that Lindsay hopes a  six-month stint in rehab will help her avoid jail. Dina Lohan released a  statement to Radar saying, "At this time I kindly ask that you extend to  my family the time we need to address my daughter's circumstances with the  appropriate parties. As a mother you always love and pray for the best with all  your children." Michael Lohan tried to explain his daughter's behavior to The Insider saying, "I believe its alcohol, cocaine, and then taking  pills to go to sleep -- and I've heard that from a lot of people around  her."
