So it looks like Rihanna and Chris Brown did not get engaged on her birthday but Chris is definitely in Hawaii with her celebrating her birthday and they look like they are having a good ol time.  They were photographed holding hands on the beach where Rihanna was wearing fish net pants and a bikini bottom underneath.  Rihanna also posted a pic of her and Chris on her Instagram page.
