Gretchen Rossi has been served legal paperwork by ex-lover, Jay Photoglou recently. Photoglou filed a lawsuit against the blonde beauty for libel, slander and five other counts. She wasn't easy to serve, but she's been served," Jay told RadarOnline.com. "I'm looking forward to going to court." Supposedly the two were dating during Gretchen's first season filming.

Lohan Heart Attack

Michael Lohan suffered a mild heart attack after complaining of shortness of breath and chest pains. Lohan is blaming his physical pains on his legal drama with his ex Erin Muller. Lohan was rushed to the hospital and will undergo a heart procedure. Immediate family and his girlfriend are currently standing by his side.

Yikes!! Well, I hope that he is doing better....

Spinach Diet

Amanda Seyfriend is doing everything to stay stick skinnty thin. She is even going to extremes and only eating raw food including Spinach and seeds. "But I have to stay in shape because I'm an actress. It's f----d up and it's twisted, but I wouldn't get the roles otherwise. If I'd been a bit bigger, I don't think they would have cast me for Mamma Mia!"

I heard that she even has to bring her own food to some places so that she doesn't get tempted! Hey! Pass the bad stuff this way!! lol

Everyone's A Bride and Groom

Heidi and Klum are doing it again and renewing their vows. Each year they celebrate and renew their vows a different way that involves a theme. This year they are holding a strict dress code and Heidi said, "All of the women will be brides and all of the men will be grooms," she added, "Just one day, I woke up and I was like, 'Oh, I know what I am going to do this year'...I like to have fun and I like to make it fun for my family and friends."

I think this is great and so fun to get all your friends and family involved.

I'm not too sure that I'm feeling all this denim with those shoes....
