Last Tuesday, February 12th, we celebrated Mardi Gras, aka Fat Tuesday, in New Orleans. Good ole Louisiana brings out the Cajun in us. And on Thursday we celebrated Valentine’s Day, which brought out the LOVE BABE in us.  And this weekend we’re celebrating President’s Day, the third Monday in February honors George Washington, also known as, the Father of our Country (USA).
